Event Recap: Advancing Methane Emission Reduction in Canada

Methane Emission Leadership Alliance, in coordination with CRIN and The ETC Foundation, hosted an insightful afternoon of discussions and presentations on November 27 as part of Canada Climate Week Xchange.

Over three panels, participants showcased how technology, collaboration, and innovation are driving meaningful reductions in methane emissions across Canada’s energy sector.

Panel 1: Technology-Based Approaches to Emissions Reductions

The first portion of the afternoon featured presentations and a panel discussion with Steve Froehler, President of LCO Technologies; Doug Bezpalko, Technical Sales Manager for Calscan; Joe Pfaff, Sales Manager for TCI; and Brian Van Vliet from Spartan Controls, on technology-based approaches to emissions reduction.
