Day 2 of Canada Climate Week Xchange saw Petroleum Technology Alliance Canada host three panel discussions at The ETC in Calgary and online.
Panel 1
The first panel, Canada-wide Innovation and Collaboration, focused on national collaboration, applied research deployment, and global innovation uptake.
The panel was moderated by Lauren Savoie, President & CEO, PTAC, and featured:
- Dave Finn, CEO, Energy Research & Innovation Newfoundland & Labrador
- Justin Riemer, CEO, Emission Reduction Alberta
- Mike Crabtree, President and CEO, Saskatchewan Research Council

The second panel of the morning was Innovation in Advancing Technology in the Real World – An AUPRF (Alberta Upstream Petroleum Research Fund) Story.
